Acteur majeur de l’emploi au Maroc, RH PERFORMANCE MAROC, cabinet de recrutement généraliste, opère pour les plus grandes entreprises marocaines et étrangères sur l’ensemble du territoire du Maroc.
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre prestigieux client: A company specialized in electronic access and security systems, a General Manager Business Unit (Système de sécurité électronique, détection d'incendie; intrusion...) basé à Casablanca.

-  Be responsible for leading the business Unit in Morocco, and potentially other parts of Africa
-  Generate growth of sales of the company’s products  and solutions and meeting the objectives
-  Manage the relationship with installers everywhere in Morocco in order to influence them and make them choose the company’s products.
-  Collaborate with distribution partners on a long-term partnership basis and develop new relevant distribution channels
-  Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance
- Develop a budget plan and manage the business unit within budget constraints.
- Be aware of the competitive environnement
- Drive a culture of results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.
- Ensure adherence to Group policy and norms.

Profil recherché :

 

You are an Engineer with a specialization in Electronics or electricity or you hold a Bachelor or masters’ degree from a Business School
You have at least 6 years of experiencewith successful experience in managing a business unit, or a Branch of solutions within a multinational. 
A prior experience in growing a business is highly valuable.

Competences required:

• Strong practical technical background electronic security systems and access solutions  
• A full understanding of the world of the access system installer
• Strong commercial background in sales in Electronic security and access systems
• An entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
• A tidy and methodical approach to work
• An understanding of IT and computer networks
• An understanding of marketing concepts and social networking

-You have a good command ofMoroccan Arabic, French and  English.
